GENERAL
♡ Please take a moment to read my ToS below. All orders are subject to this ToS. If you have any questions please contact me directly.
♡ I reserve the rights to deny your commission if I am not comfortable with it or if I feel that I don’t have the capacity/ability to complete it.
♡ Workflow can be from 1 week to 1 month as I am currently working full time. I will update you as much as I can throughout the commission process.
♡ All starting prices may increase depending on complexity and revisions!
♡ Please credit my twitter (@elleewav) when posting!
♡ Prices and Add-on prices are all in USD!COMMUNICATION
♡ Orders will be communicated through Discord (@elleewav) or Twitter (@elleewav)
ART PROCESS
♡ Sketch Phase - You will receive a rough draft of the idea you have provided me. This is the phase where you have the most flexibility to make adjustments/changes.
♡ Clean Up Phase - You will receive a more detailed version of the piece with additional assets added. We can still make adjustments here, but on a smaller scale.
♡ Final Touches Phase - Your commission is almost complete, this is where we can only make minor adjustments.
♡ Completion Preview - The design will be complete and this is the last time to view the piece before submission.REVISIONS
♡ Unlimited adjustments included in the sketch phase.
♡ Beyond the first sketch there are limitations on adjustments.
♡ You cannot change the theme of your commission after purchase. If you do you will be subject to an additional fee.
♡ Once an order is completed and accepted no further adjustments can be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♡ Turn around times can vary depending on queue size.
♡ If your order has a deadline you must relay that date at the time of purchase.
♡ Projects that require a quick turn around will be subject to a rush fee.
PAYMENTS
♡ Payment is due up front for orders that are under $100.00.
♡ Orders over $100.00 are eligible for a payment plan. [[Payment plans must be discussed upfront before purchase]]
♡ Commission will not be started until payments have been cleared.REFUNDS
♡ Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the order has not been started. Refunds will not be issued after samples/sketches unless I am unable to complete the commission. In which case, I will inform you and take the initiative.
♡ Commissions are subject to the steps laid out in my Art Process. Please read over these steps before purchase.
♡ I have the right to cancel a commission with or without a refund if I feel uncomfortable continuing the work. [[This applies only to extreme cases]]
USE
♡ All works can be used for streaming/public platforms. For merchandise wise, please inform me first as there will be a 50% additional charge!
♡ You may not use my work for AI.
♡ You may not purchase my work with the intention of re-sell.
♡ You may not trace, alter, or edit my work and claim it as your own.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♡ Commissions do not include Commercial use.
♡ Commercial use must be purchased if you plan to use the art anywhere & anyhow to receive monetary profit from it. [[Physical Merch, Corporations, Video Games, Etc.]]
♡ To purchase Commercial use let me know at the time of purchase, or before you begin making profit.
♡ Commercial use is not required for stream or social media use.
